what you do to be more environmentally friendly — Freecycle, regular recycling

One product from Cascadian Farm you like — We’ve gotten some of the frozen vegetables in the past, like frozen peas, etc.

Something you feed your child to help him or her stay healthy — I use a lot of Sneaky Chef recipes, both for the kids AND me! I love grinding up Total cereal and hiding it in food.

I love the Cascadian Farms Sweet & Salty Peanut Pretzel granola Bars. I could eat a whole box of them!!

susan56bft at gmail dot com

We only offer healthy options for treats like yogurt, fresh fruit or veggies. Since they seem to like raw veggies better than cooked at meals I’ll give the grandkids a small plate of cut up veggies.
