Hey, Connie, Thank you for the tips! You have my mind going on what to do with the kids, even though they are getting too old to want to hang out with Mom! I have not bought that Entertainment book in a long time. Maybe, it is time to revisit that. Your beach theme reminds me of my Indoor picnic theme that I have done with the kids since they were little. Everyone packs the picnic basket full of goodies, sandwiches and snacks. We get a big blanket and sit in the living room. No sitting in chairs! Since I am a stickler on no eating in the living room, this was a treat! We spread out the food and enjoy each others company. Sometimes, we watch a movie, but most times, we just enjoy the conversation. Simple idea and easy ride home! LOL!! My mom is looking for a lot of free things to do for my niece. She doesn’t get to do much because of my sisters schedule so my mom is going to jam pack her summer!

I also have the entertainment book. $4 movie tickets are really nice. (there for a local theater though)
